梨醋饮料应该如何制作?

梨+醋(酿造醋)

用途:鸭梨醋具有软化血管、强心降压、开胃养肝、醒酒消食等功能,鸭梨醋饮除结合鸭梨醋的优点外,还具备改善肠胃功能、增强免疫力、优化肠道有益菌群、消暑解渴、润肺生津、缓解疲劳等功能

自制鸭梨醋的做法:
The method of self-made Yali vinegar is as follows
将鸭梨洗净切小块
Wash the pear and cut it into small pieces
用原汁机摇出梨汁
Shake out the pear juice with the juicer
梨出汁率特别高,只有一点点渣,将梨汁过滤一遍

            梨醋饮料
将过滤好的梨汁倒入锅中煮开

将煮好的梨汁放入容器中晾凉
Put the pear juice into the container to cool
将晾好的鸭梨汁和酿造醋(这里我用的是巧媳妇醋)比例1:1
The ratio of pear juice and brewing vinegar (here I use Qiaofu vinegar) is 1:1
这样鸭梨醋就做好了,放五天后就可以吃了,酸酸甜甜特别好吃!

要想直接喝的话鸭梨汁和酿造醋的比例改为2:1(喜欢甜度大点的,可以在煮鸭梨汁的时候加适量冰糖,加多少可以自己尝一下。加到适合自己口味为止)。
