柠檬果醋的家常做法介绍!

柠檬两只,冰糖100克(我用的绵白糖代替,也可以用砂糖),天然酿造醋一瓶(可以是陈醋,米醋或陈年红醋,高粱白醋等),广口玻璃瓶一只

做法

1、将柠檬和玻璃瓶(我用的乐扣波米欧力密封瓶),洗净后放置阴凉处晾干水分;
1. Wash the lemon and the glass bottle (I use the locopoli sealed bottle), and then place it in the shade to dry the water;
2、将柠檬,切成薄片;
2. Slice the lemon;
3、将柠檬片及陈醋一起放入瓶内,不要太满,为后面加入的糖留些空间;

4、再把冰糖(或绵白糖、砂糖)放入瓶内,浸泡过程中稍微搅拌,或者盖好盖子,瓶子上下颠倒一下,促使糖溶化;

5、材料全部加入瓶内后,密封放置阴凉处,浸泡约30天后,将柠檬全部捞出;

6、继续酿制15-30天,到糖完全溶解后,即可取出饮用。用汤匙取出一两匙浸泡汁液,加5-8倍水调至适合口味或调入适量蜂蜜饮用,每天喝1-2杯。

1、柠檬可以用苹果、石榴、青梅、葡萄等水果代替,就是不同风味的果醋,但葡萄需要捏破果肉,并将籽捏碎浸泡保健效果更佳。
