果醋饮料对牙釉质脱矿的影响!

  通过形态学观察及定量分析比较三种果醋饮料和两种市场常售饮料对牛牙釉质试件的脱矿作用。
  The demineralization effects of three kinds of fruit vinegar beverage and two kinds of beverage which are often sold in the market on bovine enamel were compared by morphological observation and quantitative analysis.
  方法:60颗新鲜拔除的牛下颌切牙,去除牙髓组织和牙根。随机分配为6组,每组10颗。分别浸泡于百事可乐、统一冰红茶、苹果醋、红枣醋、蓝莓醋和纯净水中。每次浸泡2分钟,取出1分钟,用蒸馏水冲洗30秒,每天重复10次,共计5天。通过感应耦合等离子体(ICP)光谱仪检测牙釉质钙和磷的损失情况,并使用微硬度检测仪检测牙釉质表面显微硬度(SMH)的变化,以及使用扫描电镜(SEM)对釉质表面进行微观形态观察。采用SAS软件包进行统计分析
  Methods: 60 fresh extracted bovine mandibular incisors were used to remove pulp and root. Randomly assigned to 6 groups, 10 in each group. Soak in Pepsi Cola, iced black tea, apple vinegar, jujube vinegar, blueberry vinegar and purified water respectively. Soak for 2 minutes each time, take out for 1 minute, wash with distilled water for 30 seconds, and repeat 10 times a day for 5 days in total. The loss of calcium and phosphorus in enamel was detected by inductively coupled plasma (ICP) spectrometer, the change of microhardness (SMH) was detected by microhardness tester, and the morphology of enamel was observed by SEM.   结果:五种饮料均引起牛牙釉质试件钙、磷的损失和表面显微硬度的下降。随着牙釉质试件被饮料浸泡处理时间的延长,牙釉质的钙、磷损失情况和显微硬度下降程度越严重。五种饮料导致牛牙釉质试件钙、磷损失情况不同,差异具有显著性(p0.05),无统计学意义。扫描电镜观察各饮料组釉质表面微观形态较纯净水组均有改变,可以看到不同程度的釉质溶解。 结论:百事可乐、冰红茶及三种果醋饮料均可以引起牛牙釉质脱矿,纯净水不引起牛牙釉质脱矿。
  Results: all of the five beverages caused the loss of calcium and phosphorus and the decrease of the microhardness of the enamel. The loss of calcium and phosphorus and the decrease of microhardness of enamel were more serious with the prolongation of the soaking time. The loss of calcium and phosphorus in bovine enamel samples caused by five kinds of beverages was different, the difference was significant (P 0.05), no statistical significance. The micro morphology of the enamel surface of each beverage group was observed by SEM, and different degrees of enamel dissolution could be seen. Conclusion: Pepsi Cola, iced black tea and three kinds of fruit vinegar drinks can cause enamel demineralization of bovine teeth, and purified water can not cause enamel demineralization of bovine teeth.
